How do you avoid falling victim to fish fraud?

Radio 4 in Four

Available for over a year

It’s five years since the horse meat scandal, when some beef products were found to contain horseflesh. It was the Food Safety Authority of Ireland that actually exposed that problem to the world, and the man leading the investigating team was Professor Alan Reilly. Now Professor Reilly has turned his attention to the global fishing industry. In a new report to the United Nations, he says that fish fraud is a global problem. Peter White finds out what it is and how to avoid it. First broadcast on You & Yours, 6 April 2018.
