During the annul summit of Commonwealth countries the UK Prime Minister apologised for the repressive role played by colonial legislation on homosexuality. Pepe Julian Onziema is Director of Sexual Minorities Uganda in Kampala. He says that more needs to be done to protect LGBT people from discrimination.
