Royals captain Paul McShane admits the side struggled to find leaders last season. Due to injuries, McShane thinks there was a dearth of experienced heads in the side at times. “There were not many senior players playing at the time we had a lot of injuries,” McShane told �鶹�� Radio Berkshire’s Tim Dellor. “But to bring the likes of David [Meyler] and John [O’Shea] in is a great addition. “Off the pitch as well it’s very important to have the correct culture in the changing room. “I think it’s a fair comment saying that there weren’t more senior leaders on the pitch at times, but that was due to injuries and different other things.”
