The World Surf League made news earlier this week by an announcing equal prize money for men and women. It comes into force next year - and makes it the first U.S.-based global sports league to implement pay parity at its events. Arlene Maltman is a former surf champion from Jersey - and has been talking to Sportscene's Carrie Cooper.
