Row over clampdown on whiplash pay-outs

Today in Parliament

Available for over a year

Ministers say the measures will reduce fraudulent and exaggerated claims - encouraged by claims management firms. But Labour warned that it would limit access to justice for injured people. Kristiina Cooper reports. You can hear more from Today in Parliament at 11.30pm on Radio 4.
