Charles Darwin found proof for his revolutionary ideas in the Galapagos islands. Their beaches and mangroves with their colonies of birds would have sounded just like this when he and his crew mates landed in September 1835. Legendary sound recordist Chris Watson captured these Great Frigates and Red-Footed Boobies on the island of Genovesa.
