Rubbing in all the wrong places

Not by the Playbook

Available for over a year

Paralympic cyclist Hannah Dines is calling for more research into women's saddle design after she needed surgery for serious injuries to her vulva. A trike racer, Hannah has Cerebral palsy and has spoken out in the hope there'll be more conversation around genital injuries caused by seats primarily designed for men. Some women are suffering chronic inflammation and damage - because the seat rubs in all the wrong places. Hannah told Sportshour's Shari Vahl how she realised the extent of her injuries.
