The Malawi Government says it has stopped granting permissions to hold demonstrations in all the country's districts. The government defended its position saying that recent protests "had not been peaceful" and had led to "vandalised offices". But what if other people are using violence deliberately to undermine otherwise peaceful demonstrations? We asked Communication Minister Mark Botomani.
