The leader of Change UK, Anna Soubry MP who wants another Brexit referendum, has called the government's move to prorogue Parliament "an outrage". Prime Minister Boris Johnson said a Queen's Speech would take place after the suspension, on 14 October, to outline his "very exciting agenda".
