Holidaymakers staying at a hotel in Tunisia owed money by Thomas Cook were reportedly prevented from leaving because of concerns about the tour operator's future. Ryan, from Leicestershire, told 鶹 Radio 5 Live the hotel had security guards on the gates and demanded all guests who were due to leave go to reception "to pay additional fees”. The guests were later allowed to leave - reportedly without having to hand over any more money. Thomas Cook has sent more holiday reps to the hotel.
