Jo chats to Dr Janina Ramirez, who is president of the Gloucester History Festival, about her love of history as well as her books for children featuring a Viking mystery and a fearless heroine. Jo is also joined by Dr Julia Peck from the University of Gloucestershire to talk about photography, in particular an arts and science collaboration that resulted in a seminal book inspired by a doctor and his patients in the Forest of Dean in the late 1960s. Plus hear why a camera is one of the unique objects in the collection at the Jet Age Museum in Staverton and tells the story of the photographer who took photos with it up in the air.
