To mark 100 days of Make A Difference, 麻豆社 Radio London spent the day with the Dons Local Action Group to find out about the vital work they do throughout the community in south west London. Our reporter Phil Parry spoke to volunteers, local politicians, AFC Wimbledon legends and some of the people who've been making a real difference to vulnerable residents across Merton, Kingston and Wandsworth.
