Charlie Taylor finds out how young people have coped during lockdown. If you need help to look after your wellbeing, there are places you and your young family and friends can turn. Mindline is available all day, every day for people who need urgent mental health support. It's a first port of call for mental health help and is operated by people in the local area who will know how best to support you. The number in Somerset is 01823 276 892. ChatHealth is a new mobile health service for parents and young people in Somerset, available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. For parents of children aged 0-4, text 07480 635 514. For parents of children between 5 and 19 years old, text 07480 635 515 and if you're aged between 11 and 19, you can text 07480 635 516 for confidential advice.
