Nigerians are outraged by the unveiling of a new police unit put in place to replace a notorious agency, the Special Anti Robbery Squad that was disbanded following huge public outcry and protests over alleged and documented human rights abuses. Many high profile young Nigerians have been speaking up and taking to the streets in recent days.
