Available for over a year

From Couch to 5K to PE sessions with Joe Wicks, lots of us have been doing our best to stay in shape during the various lockdowns. But if home workouts with endless sit-ups aren’t for you, then you might want to try something a little bit different … and a lot, lot louder! The ‘Running Punks’ community is the brainchild of a former British athlete, who wanted to start something for people who don’t fit into the traditional running scene. And that former GB athlete is the wonderful Jimmy Watkins and he joined Dan Pascoe on the Evening Show.
