We're eating more meat in the pandemic according to new research from the analysts Mintel. Less than half of people now say they're limiting their intake of meat, down 10% on last year. It's because we're returning to more traditional comfort foods and are apparently less concerned about sustainability in the Covid era. Winifred Robinson finds out more.
