If you buy books, there’s often no beating Amazon on price or speed of delivery. But there are some people who love high street bookshops so much that they want to support them, and they’ll pay more for their books to do that. In November 2020 a new online book service opened up. Bookshop.org donates between 10% and 30% of the sales price of a book to independent high street bookshops. Winifred Robinson finds out more. First broadcast on You & Yours, 3 February 2021.
