Ghana investigates after dead dolphins wash up on beaches

The authorities in Ghana are trying to find out what killed and caused dozens of dolphins and large numbers of fish to wash up on several beaches. There are also concerns that the dead creatures could enter the food chain. Deles Mimi Darko, who heads the Ghana Food and Drugs Authority told Focus on Africa's Audrey Brown, that several agencies are working together to solve the mystery, that first came to her attention after local people reported the sightings.
