When we think of mining in Cornwall, it's probably tin or copper that comes to mind first. But in towns like St Austell, surrounded by the white pyramids, it's clay that ruled the roost for the best part of 200 years. It's why the town is home to Wheal Martyn - the UK's only museum that's dedicated to the history of the industry. Sian Powell is Wheal Martyn's Exhibitions and Engagement Officer - and has been speaking to our weekend presenter Jack Murley.
