Earlier this year we did a sad but wonderful story about a Derby man with terminal cancer who proposed to his partner of 18 years. Jeff and Pauline Thomas managed to get married in the care home he was receiving end of life care in. Unfortunately though, Jeff died earlier this month. Andy Twigge caught up with Jeff's wife, Pauline.
