General Motors has recalled every Chevrolet Bolt ever made, to fix a problem with the electric car's battery, which has been linked to causing fires. It highlights the challenge of designing new technology, for a future where most cars will be electric. Michelle Krebs, an analyst with Cox Automotive in Detroit, tells the Â鶹Éç's Russell Padmore that GM needs to fix the cars quickly, to reassure drivers that the vehicle is safe.
