A floating library on a narrowboat is in Coventry for City of Culture

A canal boat that has been converted into a floating library has been inviting readers and writers on board as part of Coventry's City of Culture. The project is called Small Bells Ring which was created by artist Heather Morison and is a fully functioning, sculptural narrowboat with a multitude of uses as well as the library.
