To hear more, the 麻豆社's James Coomarasamy has been speaking to the mayor of Phoenix, Kate Gallego. "It is a light coloured sealant that we are putting on our roads, it retains less heat... and we've found a significant change of 10-12 degrees Fahrenheit on our roads locally," she tells us.
