For the first time in 27 years we could see fans safely standing to watch top flight football. The government's announced a pilot scheme which could see it come in on the 1st of January. Liverpool are one of the clubs who installed rails next to seating over the summer in anticipation... It's already been successful in Germany and in Scotland.
