As the Labour Party conference draws to a close in Brighton, leader, Sir Keir Starmer is to address delegates after a difficult few days beside the seaside - which have seen a resignation, a row over rule changes and some strong language from his deputy, who branded some senior Conservatives as "scum". Sir Keir will tell delegates that he wants to ensure that Labour is "back in business". But his party continues to trail behind the Conservatives in the opinion polls, having lost the last FOUR General Elections. And he accepts it's going to be a tough job to win the trust of voters if he's to buck the trend.
