Available for over a year

As global air travel reopens, more people are flying, and it falls to the cabin crew to enforce Covid rules, ensure guidelines are followed and deal with unruly, non compliant or even abusive passengers. Chi-Chi is a flight attendant who works out of Lagos, Nigeria, and has found the work challenging, particularly around passengers' refusal to wear masks. She shares her tips on how to keep her cool. "When you tell a passenger to put on a face mask and adhere to the Covid-19 procedure, they feel like they are being punished or you're trying to be bossy on them."
