How safe would you feel towing a trailer or a caravan - particularly if you've only just passed your driving test? And did you know that the rules for towing have changed? Recently, the government announced a range of measures to help solve the chronic shortage of HGV drivers. One of those changes was unveiled last week. A legal requirement for younger drivers to take a test to tow a trailer or caravan is set to be shelved. The impact for one Poole firm has been devastating.
