For the past few months Future Female Society have been running a project for migrant, refugee and Asylum seeking women. This project, called Woman 2 Woman Radio, has allowed women to meet and learn new skills as citizen journalists! They have been able to practise they're English and interview skills and have created interesting and informative radio packages.  This one is about health and wellbeing in Suffolk.  Our journalists here are Natia Bregadze and Selma Angula interviewed Laura Beale from One Life Suffolk and Emma Khangaroot from Emma K Yoga  about how we can look after our physical and mental health.
