The number of black cab drivers in Coventry has fallen 22% since the pandemic. The figures comes after a report by the Licensed Private Hire Care Association which estimates the industry is short of 160,000 drivers. Councillor Patricia Heatherton, Cabinet Member for City Services, has been speaking to Âé¶¹Éç CWR about how they are trying to support taxi drivers.
