Concerns have been raised by patients at the Sovereign healthcare partnership which has surgeries in Whiteley, Titchfield and Fareham about wait times to get through on the phone and see a GP. The surgeries have recently merged. The clinical commissioning group and the lead GP say they're listening to patients but are incredibly busy. They say every patient contact is triaged by a GP.
