Just days after the UK removed all countries from its red list, tougher restrictions are being brought in for those travelling from here to France. From tomorrow, British tourists will be banned, with the French government saying a "compelling reason" would be needed to travel between the two countries. The rule will not apply to French citizens and their immediate families and everyone permitted to travel will have to show a negative covid test and go into quarantine.
