Worcestershire woman Emily Larter was volunteering in Uganda when she met Adam, a 5 month old baby who's mum had died giving birth. She has looked after him ever since, and after a six year effort to officially adopt him, they'll finally be spending Christmas in England together for the first time ever. Â鶹Éç Hereford and Worcester's Tom Edwards has been to see Emily and Adam ahead of the big day.
