South African Athol Williams, who was among more than 270 witnesses to testify at the public inquiry into allegations of massive state corruption and fraud, has given his reaction to the first part of the Zondo Commission report which has been released. There are two further parts to come. Mr Williams is a former Ethics lecturer and was also a senior partner at Bain and Company, one of the organisations implicated in restructuring state institutions to, in effect, make them less resistant to corruption. He had to flee the country after being warned he was in danger after his testimony.
