Veteran Kenyan opposition leader Raila Odinga has announced that he will run for president in the election due in August this year. It will be the fifth time that the 77-year-old has entered the presidential race. He has been speaking to the Âé¶¹Éç's Sophie Ikenye about his plans for social protection and affordable health care.
