Some Kenyans have reportedly queued for days at gas stations, fearing fuel shortages in the country. But while some road users blame the government for being late with paying fuel suppliers, Kenya's Principal Secretary at the Ministry of Petroleum and Mining, Andrew Kamau, denies there's a shortage and says 'panic buying' is causing the disruptions.
