The former Odeon building in Colchester's Crouch Street still has an uncertain future this morning. It was up for auction yesterday (13 April) with a reserve of £2.25m, but it remains unsold after being withdrawn shortly before auction. The auctioneer, Mike Gray, says it was withdrawn as developers who are interested in purchasing the former cinema needed more time before deciding whether to bid. The building is due to go back up for auction again in May.
