Tug, a Petty Office Gunner from Paulsgrove, took more than 30 years to seek help for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder after his ship was hit by an Argentine missile on the 4th of May 1982, during the Falklands War. A month later, the war was over - but for Tug, another battle was only just beginning.
