Esteem Team – which makes a difference to Special Educational Needs (SEND) young people and their families in Exmouth and surrounding areas. Winnie – who makes a difference to carers in Honiton, giving them respite from the job of full time caring. Violet – who has made her home available to young women at risk of being homeless. Congratulations to our four Make A Difference Award nominees in the carer category.
