Davida ran The Cherries care home for many years with her husband Jim. During COVID she stayed at home 24/7 to look after the residents. The home managed to remain COVID free. Over Christmas 2020 her husband was admitted to hospital, where he subsequently caught COVID and sadly died. Davida's friends and family want her to be recognised for the hard work she has done, and for her to know how deeply appreciated she is.
