We're finding out how much our bills will rise when the new energy price cap is announced this morning. Ofgem have announced in the last 5 minutes: The average annual bill for gas and electricity will hit £3,549 a year from October, and could rise to over four-and-a-half-thousand in January when the cap is reviewed again.
