Available for over a year
Last week it was confirmed that the energy price cap would increase in October. It means the typical household will be paying more than three and half thousand pounds a year for gas and electricity. That's almost three hundred pounds a month. Ryan Michael from Alvaston has taken quite a drastic step to cut his outgoings - he's stopped renting a house and is now living out of his van. He’s been sharing his story with Â鶹Éç Radio Derby’s Georgia Roberts. If you've been affected by any of the issues discussed in Ryan’s story, you can visit Â鶹Éç Action Line for support by searching bbc.co.uk/actionline.
