Hundreds of people have been nominated for the Â鶹Éç Make A Difference Awards. Davida Chatima has been nominated for the Key Worker Award, She ran The Cherries care home for many years with her husband Jim. During the pandemic she stayed at the home to look after the residents, the home remained Covid-19 free. At Christmas 2020 Jim was admitted to hospital, caught Coronavirus and passed away. Davida says it means a lot to her for the industry to get some recognition.
