Bev Francis and Susan Simms started fabulously "frocking up" in Hastings every Friday during the Covid 19 lockdown. The idea was to help people keep in touch by giving them a reason to dress up and share a picture online. They called it Frock Up Friday and it’s become a global community of more than 16,000 people forming friendships across the world.
