If Blackburn Signed Zidane looks back at football’s greatest ‘what if’ moments and dives into the multiverse to put things right on the timeline. In 2010, the Fenway Sports Group purchased Liverpool FC and as part of the deal Lebron James became a minority owner in Liverpool FC. In this episode host Specs Gonzalez is joined by co-host Tego Sigel and Anita Abayomi from the Goal Diggers podcast to ask ‘What if Lebron James took control of Liverpool?’ Would the super league have worked? Would the ever competitive Michael Jordan have purchased a Premier League team? Would there have been a football remake of Space Jam? As always, Specs has all the answers inside the multiverse that is his imagination.
