Lisa Reid was hit over the head in Darlaston last year and has since had two meetings with the perpetrator. She even now says he's a friend and Lisa is supporting him to change his life. It comes as the Police and Crime Commissioner for the West Midlands, Labour's Simon Foster, is calling for more funding from government for restorative justice to prevent reoffending and help victims.
