61 year old Michelle Mitchell almost lost her life in 2014, after a liver failure. Fortunately, a donor match was found, and a transplant operation was successful. She's set to represent Great Britain at the World Transplant Games in Perth, Australia, in 2023. She tells Wayne her story.
