Gemma Gould and her daughter Audrina went to Florida last month for a delayed Disney holiday, but it didn't quite go to plan. Audrina – who recently recovered from cancer – has a condition called cyclic vomiting syndrome, which can flare up as frequently as every two weeks. They’ve been sharing their story with Twiggy.
