Drawing on their own experiences, former footballers William Miller Marvin Sordell have written, directed and produced a short film about football and mental health. "BROKE" tells the story of a 25-year-old professional footballer Moe who is desperately fighting to keep his career alive after an injury setback. The film explores what happens when a player’s dream and career are ripped away from them, and along with it their entire sense of identity and self-worth.
