Russia has continued to hit Ukrainian cities and infrastructure with waves of missiles and drone attacks. Ivan Verstyuk is a journalist in Kyiv where many residents are again choosing to take refuge in the city's bomb shelters. He describes shelter life where he can spend hours each say with others: "Being in a bomb shelter is a big challenge. I go to a shelter in our neighborhood, and mostly sit there with elderly ladies and they panic ... They are scared of attacks, they are scared for their lives."
