Kyiv resident on power cuts after Russian energy attacks

Newshour

Available for over a year

Ukraine's president Volodymyr Zelensky has accused the Kremlin of resorting to "energy terrorism" as Russian troops make few gains on the battlefield. He said 4.5 million people were without power following Russian attacks on its energy network. So how are the people of the Ukrainian capital dealing each day with the outages? Svitlana Krakovska is one such resident and she told Newshour's Tim Franks what the situation is like.
